When the amount of tackifying resin diphenyl phthalate is increased to 375g, the peel strength of the adhesive is high, with a peel strength of 250N/25cm. If the dosage of plasticizer continues to increase, the adhesive layer will become non drying and the peel strength will decrease instead. Adding thickening resin to the solution of vinyl chloride can significantly improve the compression process of the sample. If chlorinated rosin is used in combination with 422 # modified rosin resin, good processability and peel strength can be achieved simultaneously. However, it is not suitable to add various modified rosin resins to polyurethane resin solutions. And various isocyanate crosslinking agents have a certain effect on improving the peel strength of the vinyl chloride adhesive layer. Especially the Lekna with three functional groups has a good effect. Both types of adhesives can be used for bonding PVC synthetic leather, but the adhesive layer of vinyl chloride adhesive is harder, while the adhesive layer of polyurethane adhesive is softer. Du Guanben introduced an adhesive mainly composed of water-borne polymer lotion and isocyanate, which is especially suitable for the combination of PVC film and wood substrate. When the ratio of lotion to curing agent is 100:7 (mass ratio), the sizing amount is about 100g/m2, the hot pressing temperature is 85~90 ℃, the hot pressing cycle is 3min, and the pressure is 0.35MPa, the normal peel strength of PVC film after 72h is 29N/mm. This adhesive also has high initial strength and can meet the processing requirements of "wood carving, milling carving PVC film coating". In addition, the adhesive is a water-based polymer lotion, free of organic solvent pollution, safe in use, and widely applicable. Xu Dasheng et al. synthesized a single component adhesive for the production of PU-PVC composite leather using self-made special polyester diol, 4.4 '- diphenylmethane diisocyanate, and chain extender 1.4-butanediol as the main raw materials. Compared with commonly used composite leather two-component polyurethane adhesives, this adhesive has higher bonding strength. (PVC adhesion promoter)
