The strength also meets requirements. However, when used for bonding PVC films, the bonding strength is poor because PVC films are smooth, non-porous surface materials. By copolymerizing a small amount of butyl acrylate with vinyl acetate, adding appropriate tackifying resins and fillers to the resulting polymer, a PVC floor adhesive with good bonding properties can be obtained. This modified polyvinyl acetate adhesive (referred to as BMA) uses industrial alcohol as the main solvent, vinyl acetate and a small amount of butyl acrylate copolymer as the base material, and adds appropriate tackifying resins and fillers. It is produced without nitrogen protection (in the reactor). It is low-cost, low-toxicity, single-component, and high-performance, and is an adhesive with good bonding properties for PVC floor building materials. When the BA/VAc ratio is 15, the 180° peel strength can reach 30N/2cm. The initiator dosage is 0.5%~0.7%, with a high monomer conversion rate and shear strength; the polymerization reaction time is 4~5h, reaching a high monomer conversion rate and shear strength. When BMA adhesive is used for PVC/wood bonding, the shear strength reaches 1.53MPa; for steel plate/PVC, the shear strength reaches 1.31MPa; for PVC/PVC, the shear strength can reach 1.46MPa.   Using rosin toluene solution tackifier and terpene toluene solution tackifier together, a composite adhesive that can be used for PVC film can be obtained. The combined use of these two tackifiers can achieve an additive effect, significantly improving the bonding strength of the PVC composite film. They also used solvents such as ethanol, acetone, and toluene to clean the surface of the PVC sample.   The J-148 PVC film-wood composite adhesive uses ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion as the main resin, and adds tackifiers, plasticizers, and thickeners. Commonly used tackifiers include rosin resin and terpene resin, which can improve the affinity of the PVC surface, increase the initial strength, and improve the wet strength of the adhesive. The peel strength of the obtained adhesive can reach 55N/25cm, and the viscosity is 6.5~12Pa·s. The comprehensive performance of this adhesive has reached or exceeded the level of imported product BA820. The hot melt adhesive used for bonding PVC foam sheets and PP artificial paper can be composed of 30% rosin, 70% EVA, and other auxiliaries. The VAc content of EVA is about 30%, and the MI value is about 300. The peel strength is 105N/25mm, and the composite effect is good after compounding with paper-plastic composite equipment. In addition, this adhesive is easy to achieve continuous production, has no solvent pollution, is low-cost, and uses only solid raw materials, making packaging and storage convenient. The strength also meets the requirements. The author also provides the bonding process of PVC foam sheets and PP artificial paper: rosin crushing → raw material mixing → kneading → granulation → extrusion compounding → winding. Because the size of rosin particles after crushing is uneven, and the auxiliaries are all powders, direct extrusion compounding on the extruder is easy to cause uneven mixing of raw materials and unstable product quality. Therefore, a granulation process is set up, and after granulation, post-processing such as compounding can be directly carried out on the compounding equipment. By adding modified rosin resin to improve the bonding strength of VAE emulsion to PVC film, the emulsion can significantly improve the bonding performance of PVC film with wood and other fibrous materials. The peel strength of this adhesive reaches 39.2N/25mm, the peel strength reaches 47.0N/25mm after 200h aging at room temperature, and the peel strength is 44.1N/25mm after 5 cold and hot cycles. At the same time, this adhesive has good wettability and can be applied manually or by mechanical roller coating. It has good application prospects in the speaker and furniture industries.
