I. Product Description

TP-300 is a solvent-free, one-component coating PVC crosslinking agent. It meets the EU's 3P environmental requirements.

III. Physical Properties:

Appearance: White or slightly yellow emulsion, almost colorless, transparent liquid.

Solid content: 98(%)

Viscosity: 2000-6000 (mpas)

Specific gravity: 900 (KG/m3)

NCO content 3-8(%) maximum 27(%)

Hardness: Soft

Gloss: High gloss

IV. Product Characteristics:

1. Used to improve the adhesion of PVC plastisol coatings to substrates made of polyester or polyamide aromatic fibers.

2. TP-300 is particularly active. In PVC plastisol coatings, it controls the duration of the plastisol coating and substrate reaction (i.e., the service life of the finished product). The maximum controllable reaction time is currently 5 years.

3. Applications: Suitable for the production of high-end products such as tarpaulins, canvas, inflatable cushions, inflatable boats, inflatable kayaks, and coated fabrics.

4. This product has very good crosslinking characteristics and controllable effects on the softness, tear strength, peel strength, and open time of the product.

5. This product is particularly sensitive to moisture and acids. Therefore, it must be stored in the original container in a cool, ventilated place at 5-35 degrees Celsius for more than 12 months.

6. Stir well before use.

7. This product complies with the limit requirements of the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU Annex II amendment and (EU) 2015/863.

8. This product meets the 3P environmental protection requirements. The molecular reaction cycle can be controlled for up to 60 months, and outdoor products can be controlled for more than 120 months.
