Guangyuan Ruifeng New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2013. The company covers a total area of 35,000 square meters, with 8,000 square meters of factory buildings and 3,000 square meters of technical development laboratories and offices. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a national technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, a "Gazelle Enterprise" in Sichuan Province, a "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" enterprise in Sichuan Province, a Sichuan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, a Guangyuan Municipal Industrial Technological Innovation Enterprise, a Guangyuan Municipal Technological Innovation Upgrading Enterprise, and a Guangyuan Municipal "Honest Enterprise" that focuses on PVC crosslinking agent series products and TPU crosslinking agent series products, integrating production, research and development, and sales.

The company has strong technical R&D capabilities. It has successively passed the Guangyuan Municipal Engineering Technology Research Center in 2019, the Guangyuan Municipal Key Laboratory of Polymer New Materials in 2020, and the Guangyuan Municipal Enterprise Technology Center in 2021. It is the first above-scale PVC and TPU crosslinking agent supplier in China. It has undertaken 7 provincial-level and above scientific research projects, has more than 40 national patents, and has established extensive industry-university-research cooperation relationships with universities and research institutes such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Sichuan University, and Lanzhou University.
