Summary: Guangyuan Ruifeng New Materials Co., Ltd. successfully held its 2022 outdoor expansion activity in June, with the theme of "Unity, Cooperation, Perseverance, Struggle, Challenging Limits, and Transcending Oneself." This activity further strengthened communication and cooperation among members of various departments within the company, stimulating, adjusting, sublimating, and enhancing the psychological, physical, and moral qualities of Ruifeng people. 　　Guangyuan Ruifeng New Materials Co., Ltd. held its 2022 outdoor expansion activities in June as planned. The theme of the activity was "Teamwork, Perseverance, Challenge Limits, and Self-Transcendence." This activity further strengthened communication and cooperation among members of various departments within the company, stimulating, adjusting, elevating, and strengthening the psychological, physical, and moral qualities of Ruifeng people. It cultivated our teamwork and innovative thinking abilities, allowing us to integrate into our work with a better mental outlook, forming a good team spirit and a sense of ownership.

　　First Project: Live-action CS

　　All team members played an important role in completing the task. It was precisely because everyone had high standards, paid attention to detail, was meticulous, proactive, and self-motivated that the task was successfully completed. Summarizing experiences and lessons learned is also the driving force to further push the team to go all out in doing all kinds of work.

　　Carrying out this project exercises the trust among our employees, allowing us to fully trust our teammates, feel the interaction of hearts, enhance mutual understanding among employees, and improve team trust and tolerance.

　　This project tests teamwork and tacit understanding, because if even one stick falls, the game has to start over. Through the efforts of all team members, both teams completed the challenge of this project, showing that in work, employees need to work together to achieve goals.
