Summary: My company, in collaboration with Professor Guo Jinshan and Professor Liu Xingyu from Lanzhou University, and Professor Sun Junqi (a graduate of Fudan University), has jointly researched and launched a two-component polyurethane adhesive solvent-type PU glue and a curing agent for two-component polyurethane adhesives.

Two-component polyurethane adhesive solvent-type PU glue

➽ Product Introduction

Product Name: RF212 Polyurethane Resin

This product is suitable for coating textile fabrics and non-woven fabrics. Due to the excellent bonding strength of polyester fabrics (PET fabrics), it can be used as a bottom coating, making it have extremely strong sand-fixing ability and peel strength after bonding with thermoplastic polyurethane resin (TPU) and polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), suitable for calendering, casting, and powder-coated fabric primers.

➽ Product Usage

1. RF212 PU glue is a two-component polyurethane adhesive, with a ratio of main agent to curing agent of 100:3 ~ 5. Stir at low speed until uniform, then apply the glue.

2. The glue can be applied using a scraping method.

3. Baking temperature 140～160℃, speed 12～13/min, adjust until the primer is dry, and the product is fully polymerized.

➽ Product Features

RF212 is a two-component thermosetting polyurethane adhesive. The viscosity can be adjusted with ketone or ester solvents. It has extremely strong initial adhesion and lasting adhesive peel strength, a smooth film, and a long activation period.

Product Name: RF213 Curing Agent

This product can be used as a curing agent component in two-component polyurethane adhesives with different solid contents and can be used with various polyurethane components with terminal hydroxyl groups.

➽ Product Usage

This product is a curing agent component in two-component polyurethane PU adhesive, with a ratio of main agent to curing agent: main agent: curing agent = 100:3.5 ~4.5

➽ Product Features

Its special feature is that it greatly increases the crosslinking density of the other component, significantly improves the performance of the adhesive coating, improves the adhesion of the coating to the adherend, and improves the high-temperature resistance of the adhesive to over 150℃.
