Summary: This product is a uniform and stable liquid product formulated with isothiazolinone derivative (DCOIT) as the active ingredient, along with DOTP and FA-196 dispersant. It can be added to PVC coating slurries, PVC calendered films, PVC artificial leather coatings, PVC wallpaper, PVC plastic toys, and other soft plastic materials. It provides simultaneous mildewproofing, antibacterial, and anti-algae protection, making it a highly effective mildewproofing and antibacterial agent for soft plastic products. For hard products, simply reduce the amount of plasticizer used.

1. Formulation and process:

Isothiazolinone derivative (DCOIT): 10

DOTP: 89

FA-196 dispersant: 1

A. Weigh each component according to the above ratio;

B. Stir at room temperature in a high-speed disperser for 30 minutes, until all solid substances are observed to be dissolved.

C. Allow to stand for 8 hours or more, until the product is clear and transparent, then it can be packaged and sold.

The product's formulation mechanism lies in the fact that 10% by weight of DCOIT cannot be completely dissolved in citrate esters, phosphate esters, DINCH, ESO, etc., while dissolving in phthalate plasticizers does not meet the phthalate 17P test. 2. Product features and advantages:

1. The product complies with the EU Directive 98/8/EC on biocidal products. The EU is banning arsenic-containing mildewproofing agents from entering the European market, and this product, RFD-10, can completely replace any arsenic-containing mildewproofing agent, making it an upgraded mildewproofing and antibacterial new product approved by the EU.

2. This product can pass the EU's environmental PAH test and phthalate 17P test.

3. The product has a wide range of activity, contains no heavy metals, has good thermal stability, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor product formulations.

4. Broad-spectrum and highly effective, a small amount is effective against mold, bacteria, yeast, and algae. A concentration of 1%-1.5% is sufficient to maintain good bactericidal effects. The product uses the latest slow-release technology and is very stable under strong ultraviolet light and acid rain conditions. PVC paste resin: 100

DINP: 60

ESO: 3

Barium zinc stabilizer: 3

Calcium carbonate powder: 40

RFD-10: 2

Mix the above proportions evenly to make a 1mm thick film, plasticize in a 200℃ oven, and remove after 1.5min,

Tested by Guangdong Provincial National Antibacterial Product Testing Center, mildew prevention performance ASTM G21 international standard grade 0.
