To ensure the breathability of the genuine leather after compositing, hot melt adhesive mesh film can be used as an adhesive (here, genuine leather refers to pigskin). For cowhide composites, PUR hot melt adhesive is recommended.

2. Selection of composite bonding for leather and sponge

For leather and sponge composites, hot melt adhesive mesh film is generally recommended. There are two types of hot melt adhesive mesh film to choose from: PA hot melt adhesive mesh film and TPU hot melt adhesive mesh film. If you want the product to be softer after compositing, you can choose TPU hot melt adhesive mesh film.

3. Selection of composite bonding for leather and non-woven fabric

There are usually no special requirements for the composite of leather and non-woven fabric, so the selection of hot melt adhesive film is relatively simple. It is generally recommended to use PA hot melt adhesive mesh film as the adhesive.

4. Selection of composite bonding for PU leather

The selection of hot melt adhesive film for PU leather composites is relatively rich, as both hot melt adhesive film and hot melt adhesive mesh film can be used, but mainly TPU and PA materials. Whether to choose film or mesh depends on your actual composite requirements.
