This product is a homogeneous and stable liquid product made by compounding isothiazolinone derivatives (DCOIT) as active ingredients with DOTP and FA-196 dispersants. It can be added to soft plastic materials such as PVC coating slurry, PVC rolling film, PVC artificial leather coating agent, PVC wallpaper, PVC plastic toys, etc. It can simultaneously prevent mold, bacteria, and algae, and is a very effective anti mold and antibacterial agent for plastic soft products. To use in hard products, simply reduce the use of plasticizers. (Anti mold agent, anti mold and antibacterial agent, environmentally friendly crosslinking agent)
1. Formula and process:
Isothiazolone derivatives (DCOIT): 10
DOTP: 89
FA-196 dispersant: 1
A. Weigh each component according to the above ratio;
B. Stir at room temperature for 30 minutes in a high-speed disperser until all solid substances are observed to dissolve.
C. Let it stand for more than 8 hours until the product is clear and transparent, then it can be packaged and sold.
The formula mechanism of the product is that 10% by weight of DCOIT cannot be completely dissolved in citrate esters, phosphate esters, DINCH, ESO, etc., and it cannot meet the 17P test for ortho benzene plasticizers when dissolved. 2. Product features and advantages:
1. The product complies with the EU Directive 98/8/EC on biocidal products, which prohibits arsenic containing mold inhibitors from entering the European market. However, this RFD-10 product can completely replace any arsenic containing mold inhibitor and is an upgraded and new product for mold and antibacterial purposes that has been approved by the EU.
2. This product can pass the EU's environmental PAH testing and ortho benzene 17P testing.
3. The product has a wide range of activity, does not contain any heavy metals, has good thermal stability, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor product formulations.
4. Broad spectrum and high efficiency, adding a small amount is effective against mold, bacteria, yeast, and algae. A concentration of 1% -1.5% can maintain good bactericidal effect. The product has applied new slow-release technology and is also very stable under strong ultraviolet and acid rain conditions. PVC paste resin: 100
DINP: 60
ESO: 3
Barium zinc stabilizer: 3
Calcium carbonate powder: 40
RFD-10:2
Mix the above ratios evenly to make a 1mm thick film, plasticize it in a 200 ℃ oven, and remove it after 1.5 minutes,
Tested by Guangdong National Antibacterial Product Testing Center, the anti mold performance is ASTM G21 international standard level 0.
