1. Short Shot

(2) The molding cycle is too short. It should be appropriately extended.
(3) The injection pressure is too low. It should be appropriately increased.
(4) The injection speed is too slow. It should be appropriately increased.
(5) Insufficient material supply. The material supply should be increased.
(6) The mold temperature is too low. It should be appropriately increased, especially the cooling circuit of the mold should be reasonably set to maintain a uniform mold temperature.
(7) The product wall is too thin, and the melt filling resistance is too large. The shape and structure of the product should be reasonably adjusted if possible.
(8) The gating system structure size is too small. The cross-section of the gate and runner should be appropriately enlarged.
(9) Poor mold venting. Increase mold venting.
(10) Insufficient mold strength. Try to improve mold rigidity.
2. Flash
(1) The melt temperature is too high. The barrel and nozzle temperature should be appropriately reduced.
(2) The injection pressure is too high. It should be appropriately reduced.
(3) The injection speed is too fast. It should be appropriately slowed down.
(4) The holding time is too long. It should be appropriately shortened.
(5) Too much material supply. The material supply should be appropriately reduced.
(6) Insufficient clamping force. Increase the clamping force.
(7) The mold temperature is too high. It should be appropriately reduced.
(8) Unreasonable insert setting. Adjust according to the shape of the product and the mold structure.

3. Bubbles
(1) The melt temperature is too high. It should be appropriately reduced.

(4) The injection cycle is too fast. It should be appropriately slowed down.
(5) The holding time is too short. It should be appropriately extended.

4. Sink Marks

(3) The cooling time is too short. Improve cooling efficiency or extend cooling time.
(4) Insufficient material supply. Increase the material supply.
(5) Uneven mold temperature. Reasonably set the mold cooling system and flow rate.
(6) Unreasonable product shape and structure or too thick product wall. Adjust if possible.
(7) The gating system structure size is too small. The cross-section of the gate and runner should be appropriately enlarged.
