I: Product Description

The product uses more than 99% crystalline OBPA, with a non-volatile, environmentally friendly plasticizer and an appropriate amount of special new anti-corrosion materials as carriers of pure liquid mildewproof agent. It is a stable, transparent, and highly effective antibacterial and mildewproof agent with an effective ingredient content ≥5.0%, which can replace imported products such as ABF-5-DIDP.

II: Advantages and Features

The product has passed GB/T 2591-2003 "Test methods and antibacterial effects of antibacterial plastics", reaching grade 0 standard, that is, no growth was observed under a microscope (50x magnification). This standard also corresponds to the Japanese national industrial standard JIS Z2801 and the American Society for Testing and Materials standard ASTM G 21; the product meets the 3P standard simultaneously. It is currently the ideal mildewproof, anti-algae, and antibacterial agent for PVC products (such as PVC film materials, PVC tarpaulin materials, PVC pool cloths, oil barriers, PVC sports products, etc.), and has unique advantages in inhibiting yellowing of white products and initial color.

III: Scope of Application

PVC film materials, tarpaulins, pool cloths, PVC wallpaper, PVC conveyor belts, and other plastic sol-gel molding products. It will not discolor or impair the chemical or physical properties of the protected product. It is easy to add during mixing or preparation.

IV: Instructions for Use

Mix this product evenly with the base material resin and produce it according to the original process.

V: Dosage

Indoor application: 0.5-1.0% of the total weight of the formulation.

Outdoor application: 1.0-1.5% of the formulation weight.
