II: Product Characteristics and Advantages
In the production processes of PVC polyurethane coating, coating, casting, and calendering, it is a polymer with special functional groups. Its main characteristic is that the main chain contains urethane groups. Through the polymerization phenomenon of hydroxyl compounds and isocyanate-containing compounds, polyurethane, PVC, polyurethane synthetic fabrics, and leather can obtain a soft and glossy appearance, making it an ideal substitute.
Although the finished products coated with PVC polyurethane material have good performance, they are easy to burn, produce toxic gases, and cause environmental pollution. Therefore, they must be treated with flame retardancy, anti-gelation, weather resistance, water resistance, high temperature resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. Therefore, in order to obtain better finished products, it is necessary to avoid the gelation of the PVC, polyurethane, and system. In the preparation and production process of the finished products, whether the product will undergo gelation is related to the PVC, polyurethane, structure, flame retardant content, system solid content, isocyanate content, curing temperature, and raw material formula. Therefore, providing an anti-gelation improver to avoid this phenomenon, while improving the open time (i.e., the rheological properties of the coating), improves the finished product's end effects such as water and alkali resistance, acid and alkali resistance, weather resistance, wear resistance, and tear resistance. It is best to use it with PVC and TPU crosslinking agents for better results.
1. This product is added together with the filler during the mixing process and needs to be stirred and ground for even dispersion.
2. 0.5%—2% of the amount of PVC polyurethane

1. Protective glasses and rubber gloves should be worn during operation. Do not ingest or contact with eyes. If accidentally ingested or in contact with skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
2. Do not leak into the environment or pour into rivers.
3. Do not inhale its vapor or spray.
4. This product should be stored in a dry place, protected from moisture and rain. Drying after getting wet will also render it ineffective.
5. The product complies with ROHS standards and EU RFACH directives; it can pass the eight heavy metal detection of the American ASTM F963 standard. Please use it with confidence.
