I: Product Description

JD-908 environmentally friendly and highly efficient mildew-proof and antibacterial agent is a uniform and stable liquid product made with isothiazolinone derivatives (DCOIT) and a new type of iodine-containing antibacterial agent as active ingredients and environmentally friendly plasticizers as carriers. The active ingredient content is ≥12%, and it is a compound type of mildew-proof and antibacterial agent.

II: Advantages and Features

1. Broad-spectrum and highly effective, a small amount is effective against mold, bacteria, yeast, and algae. A concentration of 1%—3% can maintain a good bactericidal effect. Using the latest slow-release technology, it is stable under strong ultraviolet light and acid rain conditions.

2. Contains no chlorine, formaldehyde, heavy metals, VOCs, or odor, and is environmentally friendly;

3. Adding this product does not affect the chemical properties of the resin itself.

4. Good chemical stability, stable under strong light and high temperature conditions, easy to use, and the best effect has been proven after 3 years of outdoor exposure.

5. Can long-term prevent microbial development, long-lasting efficacy, and resistant to rain erosion.

6. Good weather resistance and heat resistance, does not decompose at high temperatures below 300℃.

7. Does not corrode metal.

III: Scope of Application

It can be added to PVC coated fabrics, PVC calendered films, PVC artificial leather, PVC wallpaper, PVC flooring, PVC home materials, PVC food conveyor belts, and other plastic products. It can simultaneously prevent mildew, bacteria, and algae. It is arsenic-free and meets relevant EU export standards, and is a very effective mildew-proof and antibacterial agent. Adding 1.5% of the total weight can achieve level 0 (no mold growth) in the ASTM G21 standard for mildew resistance.
