II. Product Characteristics and Advantages

1. This product has received the Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Award from the US government and the American Chemistry Council. It passes EU environmental PAH testing and 17P phthalate testing.

2. This product has a broad range of activity, contains no metals, and has good thermal stability, suitable for indoor and outdoor product formulations.

3. Broad-spectrum and highly effective, a small amount is effective against mold, bacteria, yeast, and algae.

4. Low toxicity, VOC-free, safe for humans and animals within the scope of use.

5. Good chemical stability, stable under strong light and high temperature conditions, easy to use.

6. Can long-term prevent microbial growth and is resistant to rain wash.

7. Good durability and heat resistance, does not decompose at high temperatures below 300℃.

8. This product is non-corrosive to metal equipment.

9. Broad antimicrobial spectrum, low bacteriostatic concentration. It has a strong killing effect on molds, fungi, and certain bacteria that cause widespread harm in industry.

III. Scope of Application

Can be added to PVC coating slurries and PVC calendered films, providing simultaneous mildewproofing, antibacterial, and anti-algae properties. It is a highly effective mildewproofing and antibacterial agent for plastic soft products. In hard products, it reduces the need for plasticizers.

IV. Instructions for Use

Mix this product evenly with the base material resin and produce it according to the original process.

V. Dosage

Recommended dosage: 3-4% or equivalent replacement of OBPA-containing products

VI. Special Notes

1. Wear safety glasses and rubber gloves during operation. Do not ingest or get in eyes. If accidentally ingested or in contact with skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

2. Do not leak into the environment or pour into rivers.

3. Do not inhale vapor or spray.

4. The amount of this product used is related to the product process, production environment, packaging conditions, etc., especially the number of microorganisms,

the relationship with the type and reproductive capacity is even closer. The specific dosage needs to be further determined through experiments.
