① Efficient: It has strong antibacterial power, which means that it can kill or inhibit the reproduction and growth of mold with a small amount of medication.
② Low toxicity: high safety, no harm to human health, requiring an LD50 greater than 500mg/kg.
③ Broad spectrum: It has a killing or inhibitory effect on multiple types of fungi and a wide antibacterial spectrum. Due to different environmental conditions, the types of fungi are also different. Even under the same environmental conditions, multiple types of fungi can reproduce and grow. Anti mold agents that only have killing or inhibitory effects on one or a few types of mold are difficult to achieve good anti mold effects.
④ Good stability: Anti mold agents should not have adverse effects on other raw materials in the coating, thereby affecting the performance of the coating or reducing the effectiveness of the agent. They should also not decompose or undergo other changes in a short period of time in the environment in which they are used, thereby significantly reducing or even rendering the antibacterial effect ineffective. In other words, anti mold agents should have a long-lasting antibacterial and anti mold effect.
⑤ The price is cheap and easy to use.
