1. Silicone gel

TPU can be said to be a universal material for phone cases. 3. TPE and TPR composite materials

Composite phone cases are usually made by combining soft rubber and hard plastic, usually by bonding the soft rubber (usually TPE/TPR of SEBS system) to the surface of hard plastic (such as PC, PC+ABS, etc.) through secondary injection molding (or two-color injection molding). Composite material phone cases usually use TPE/TPR with a hardness of 65-70 degrees. In addition, the adhesion between TPE/TPR and PC, PC+ABS is an important consideration.
