I. Double-layer composite fabric

Double-layer fabrics are made of outer fabric, TPU, and polytetrafluoroethylene film. The outer fabric is made of polyester, nylon, or nylon polyester fabric. It has a soft hand feel, is wear-resistant, tear-resistant, and has good color. It has excellent waterproof, breathable, and windproof effects and is durable. The fabric surface is treated with polytetrafluoroethylene to prevent splashing.

When using two-layer composite fabrics to make clothes, the lining must be hung up, or matched with a warm layer of velvet clothes, and used as outerwear. Three-layer composite fabrics consist of outer fabric, TPU, polytetrafluoroethylene film, and inner warp-knitted fabric. No lining is needed when making clothes. Composite fabrics are applied to "high-tech new synthetic fiber materials" and have many excellent properties (compared to ordinary synthetic fibers), such as excellent fabric performance, delicate cleanliness, elegance, warmth, full fabric appearance, windproof, breathable, waterproof functions, and good fabric warmth. Due to the application of ultrafine fibers in composite fabrics, the fabrics have high purification ability, that is, cleaning ability.

The characteristics of three-layer composite fabrics are: warmth and breathability, good wear resistance, softness, breathability, and moisture permeability of ultrafine fiber fabrics, so they have obvious advantages in comfort and tactile physiology. Ultrafine fiber fabrics have poor wrinkle resistance (this is because the fibers are soft, and the elasticity wrinkle recovery is due to differences after); in order to overcome this shortcoming, we have adopted the "composite" process, which greatly improves the poor wrinkle resistance of ultrafine fiber fabrics.
