To make execution a strength, one must grasp the 24-character mantra of execution victory: Identify with the culture, unify ideas, clarify goals, refine plans, strengthen execution, and strictly assess.
1. Identify with the culture. This means identifying with the company's culture and mastering the good work methods, principles, and beliefs that have been accumulated throughout the company's history. In short, it means identifying with the sum total of all the spiritual and material wealth accumulated during the company's development, with particular emphasis on spiritual wealth.
2. Unify ideas. This addresses issues of worldview and values. Without unified values within a team, there can be no cohesion. Ensure your employees share your values, making them key players in your workflow. This way, your employees will take pride in the company and confidently and happily execute to the end.
3. Clarify goals. This means clarifying where we are going. This goal conforms to the SMART principle: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Goals are the driving force behind team and individual development. Enterprises without goals will be eliminated in the market's tide. Clear goals provide direction and traction for execution.
4. Refine plans. Refining plans addresses the question of how to achieve the goals. After the planning phase, detailed execution plans must be developed, including standards and regulations for execution. This ensures employees are doing the right things and doing them correctly.
5. Strengthen execution. This means forcefully doing and acting. If the thinking is correct, values are unified, goals are clear, and there is a systematic plan to operate, inaction renders everything null. An inspection system must be established, using tools such as target system books, work plan achievement forms, monthly performance appraisal forms, and process quality control forms to exercise supervisory functions. Employees are required to follow established processes and standards to perform every detail of their work.
6. Strict assessment. Enterprises must embody the "three publics" principle of openness, fairness, and impartiality. Assessment and incentive systems are effective means of regulating behavior and motivating fighting spirit.
