Product Details

I. Product Description

NP-001(Ⅲ) is a solvent-free, single-component PVC crosslinking agent independently developed by our company. It is an environmentally friendly crosslinking agent suitable for PVC and TPU, meeting EU environmental requirements. This product is P-free.

II. Product Characteristics

1. Used to improve the adhesion of PVC plastisol coatings to substrates made of polyester or polyamide aromatic fibers.

2. NP-001(Ⅲ) is particularly active. In PVC plastisol coatings, it controls the duration of the plastisol coating and substrate reaction (i.e., the service life of the finished product). Currently, the maximum controllable reaction time is 60 months, and the controllable reaction time for outdoor products is over 36 months.

3. Application range: Suitable for the production of high-end products such as tarpaulins, canvas, inflatable cushions, inflatable boats, inflatable kayaks, and coated fabrics.

4. This product exhibits excellent crosslinking characteristics and controllable effects on the softness, tear strength, peel strength, and open time of the product.

5. This product is particularly sensitive to moisture and acids. Therefore, it must be stored in the original container in a cool, ventilated place at 5-35 degrees Celsius. It can be stored for more than 12 months.

6. Stir well before use.

7. The test results of this product meet the limit requirements of the amended directive of EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU Annex II and (EU) 2015/863.

Appearance: White or slightly yellow emulsion, almost colorless, transparent liquid.

Solid content: 98(%) Specific gravity: 900(kg/m³)

Viscosity: 1000-7000(mPa·s)

NCO content: 5.0 PH value: 7.7

Peel strength: With 3% addition, it can reach 143N

Open time: Generally up to 72h in summer and 168h in winter

Hardness: Soft Gloss: Bright
