I: Product Description

The product is a pure liquid mildew-proofing agent using more than 99% crystalline OBPA, with alcohol-based adjuvants and an appropriate amount of special new preservatives as carriers. It is a stable, transparent, and highly effective antibacterial and mildew-proofing agent with an effective ingredient content ≥5.0%. It can replace the UK's Wato's ABF 5 PG product in equal amounts and is mainly recommended for the sterilization and protection of polyurethane.

II: Advantages and Features

The product has passed GB/T 2591-2003 "Test methods and antibacterial effects of antibacterial plastics", reaching grade 0 standard, that is, no growth was observed under a microscope (50x magnification).

III: Scope of Application

Polyurethane leather, polyurethane coatings, water-based polyurethane. It will not discolor or impair the chemical or physical properties of the protected product. It is easy to add during mixing or formulation.

IV: Instructions for Use

Mix this product evenly with the base material resin and produce it according to the original process.

V: Dosage

Indoor application: 0.5-1.0% of the total weight of the formulation.

Outdoor application: 1.0-1.5% of the weight of the formulation.
