I: Product Description

The product uses more than 99% high-purity OBPA, evenly dispersed in a medium mainly composed of polyvinyl chloride resin. It is a highly effective antibacterial and antifungal agent with a high cost-effectiveness ratio. The effective ingredient content is ≥10.0%, mainly recommended for calendered films. It is also suitable for PVC wallpaper, PVC decorative materials, PVC sealing strips, PVC boards, PVC outdoor products, etc. It is migration-resistant, and a low addition amount can achieve long-term protection: antibacterial, antifungal, anti-algae, preventing their growth on the surface, preventing permanent stains, hydrogen embrittlement, and premature product failure.

II: Product Features and Advantages

The product has a broad spectrum of activity and is particularly effective against common molds such as Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, and Aspergillus versicolor. The product has passed GB/T 2591-2003 "Test methods and antibacterial effects of antibacterial plastics", reaching grade 0 standard, that is, no growth was observed under a microscope (50x magnification). This standard is benchmarked against the Japanese national industrial standard JIS Z2801 and the American Society for Testing and Materials standard ASTM G 21. It is currently the most ideal, most active, and lowest-cost mildew-proof, antibacterial, and anti-algae agent for PVC calendered products, PVC decorative materials, PVC calendered leather, and PVC outdoor products. At the same time, this product has unique advantages in inhibiting yellowing of white products and the initial color of PVC products in high-temperature and high-humidity environments compared to other varieties.

III: Scope of Application

Recommended for: plastic products, PVC calendered films, PVC decorative materials, PVC wallpaper, PVC flooring, PVC outdoor products, etc. It will not discolor or impair the chemical or physical properties of the protected product. It is easy to add during mixing or preparation.

IV: Instructions for Use

Mix this product evenly with the base material resin and produce it according to the original process.

V: Dosage

Indoor application: 0.3-0.5% of the total weight of the formulation.

Outdoor application: 0.5-1.0% of the weight of the formulation.
