I. Product Description

TP-601P(Ⅲ) is a solvent-free, one-component crosslinking agent.

II. Product Characteristics

1. The crosslinking agent TP-601P(Ⅲ) is mainly a polyisocyanurate formulation based on toluene diisocyanate. Although it contains a small amount of monomeric diisocyanate according to current advanced technology, adequate ventilation must be maintained in the workplace. If this product is used for spraying, respiratory protection must be taken. Employees with particularly sensitive respiratory systems (such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, etc.) must not come into contact with this product.

2. TP-601P(Ⅲ) is very active, its viscosity reaction is relatively fast, and the crosslinking effect is very good. Therefore, in use, especially in production formulations, manufacturers should pay particular attention to selecting plasticizers with 6P (containing 6P or more), and the corresponding usage ratio (amount of plasticizer used) is also very important. Improper ratio will affect the crosslinking time, shorten the open time, and cause great trouble to the sizing in production.

3. The addition amount of TP-601P(Ⅲ) is generally 3-5%. When there are special requirements for improving the peel strength of the corresponding product, the addition amount can be appropriately increased, but the maximum addition amount cannot exceed 20%.

4. This product is non-flammable and non-explosive, conforms to the amended directive of Annex l of the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and the limit requirements of EU 2015/863, and meets the EU 6P environmental protection requirements.

Peel strength: With an addition amount of 3%, it can reach 145N

Open time: Generally up to 72h in summer and 168h in winter

Hardness: Soft Gloss: Bright
