Product Details

I. Product Description

TP-300(Ⅲ) is a solvent-free, single-component PVC crosslinking agent. It complies with the amended directives of EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU Annex II and the limit requirements of (EU) 2015/863, meeting 3P environmental requirements.

II. Product Characteristics

1. Used to improve the adhesion of PVC plastisol coatings to substrates made of polyester or polyamide aromatic fiber.

2. TP-300(Ⅲ) is particularly active. In PVC plastisol coatings, it controls the duration of the coating's interaction with the substrate (i.e., the service life of the finished product). Currently, the maximum controllable reaction time is 60 months.

3. Application range: Suitable for the production of high-end products such as tarpaulins, canvas, inflatable cushions, inflatable boats, inflatable kayaks, and coated fabrics.

4. This product exhibits excellent crosslinking characteristics and controllable effects on the softness, tear strength, peel strength, and open time of the product.

5. This product is particularly sensitive to moisture and acids. Therefore, it must be stored in the original container in a cool, ventilated place at 5-35 degrees Celsius. It can be stored for more than 12 months.

6. Stir well before use.

7. This product meets 3P environmental requirements. The molecular reaction cycle is controllable up to 60 months, and outdoor products are controllable for more than 24 months.

Appearance: White or slightly yellow emulsion, almost colorless, transparent liquid. Solid content: 98(%)

Viscosity: 1000-6000 (mPa·s)

NCO content: 5.4 pH: 7.2

Peel strength: With 3% addition, it can reach 140N

Open time: Generally up to 72h in summer and 168h in winter

Hardness: Soft Gloss: Glossy
