Product Details

I. Product Description

TP-160P(Ⅰ) is a one-component crosslinking agent, mainly a formulation based on toluene diisocyanate polyisocyanurate. It is mainly used to improve the adhesion of PVC plastisol coatings and substrates made of polyester or polyamide aramid fibers.

II. Product Characteristics

1. This product belongs to the polyisocyanate type (T100), mainly achieving bonding crosslinking through chemical reactions with fabrics,

In addition, chemical reactions may also occur between the crosslinking agent and other hosts. Polyester fabrics contain hydroxyl and hydroxyl functional closures, which react with the crosslinking agent to form urethane, while polyamide fabrics contain hydroxyl and amino groups, which react with the crosslinking agent to generate urea CO(NH2), thereby providing bonding strength.

2. Extremely wide range of applications: Suitable for tarpaulins, canvas, inflatable cushions, mattresses, inflatable boats, surfboards, kayaks, filament base fabrics, children's toy fabrics, swimming pool fabrics, and excellent for various conveyor belts, food and industrial conveyor belts.

3. The test results of this product meet the limit requirements of the amended directive of EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU Annex II and (EU) 2015/863.

4. This product has very good crosslinking characteristics and controllable effects on the softness, tear strength, peel strength, and open time of the product.

5. This product is particularly sensitive to moisture and acids, so it must be stored in the original container and placed in a cool and ventilated place at 5-35 degrees, and can be stored for more than 12 months.
