Product Details

I. Product Description

TP-002(Ⅱ) is a solvent-free, single-component coating PVC crosslinking agent independently developed by our company. It is an environmentally friendly crosslinking agent suitable for TPU, meeting EU environmental requirements. This product is P-free and currently one of the most environmentally friendly products globally.

II. Product Characteristics

1. Used to improve the adhesion of TPU sol-gel coating to polyester or polyamide aromatic fiber substrates.

2. TP-002(Ⅱ) has particularly strong activity. In TPU sol-gel coatings, it controls the duration of the sol-gel coating and substrate reaction (i.e., the service life of the finished product). Currently, the maximum controllable reaction time is 60 months, and over 90 months for outdoor products.

3. Application range: Suitable for producing high-end products such as tarpaulins, canvas, inflatable cushions, inflatable boats, inflatable kayaks, and stretch fabrics.

4. This product exhibits excellent crosslinking characteristics and controllable effects on the softness, tear strength, peel strength, and open time of the product.

5. This product is particularly sensitive to moisture and acids. Therefore, it must be stored in the original container in a cool, ventilated place at 5-35 degrees Celsius for over 12 months.

6. Stir well before use.

7. The test results of this product meet the limit requirements of the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU Annex II amendment and (EU) 2015/863.

Appearance: White or slightly yellow emulsion, almost colorless, transparent liquid.

Viscosity: 2000-8000(mPa·s)

NCO content: 5.1 PH value: 7.7

Peel strength: With 3% addition, it can reach 150N

Open time: Generally 72h in summer and 168h in winter

Hardness: Soft Gloss: Bright
