I. Product Description
S-1502 is a solvent-free, one-component coating PVC and TPU crosslinking agent. It is independently developed by our company and is an environmentally friendly crosslinking agent suitable for PVC and TPU. It meets EU environmental requirements and is a P-free product, currently considered one of the most environmentally friendly products globally.
II. Product Characteristics
1. Used to improve the adhesion of PVC plastisol coatings to substrates made of polyester or polyamide aromatic fiber.
2. S-1502 has particularly strong activity. In PVC plastisol coatings, it can control the duration of the coating and substrate reaction (i.e., the service life of the finished product). Currently, the maximum controllable reaction time is 60 months, and for outdoor products, it can be controlled for over 120 months.

3. Application range: Suitable for the production of high-end products such as tarpaulins, canvas, inflatable cushions, inflatable boats, inflatable kayaks, and stretch fabrics.
4. This product exhibits excellent crosslinking characteristics and controllable effects on softness, tear strength, peel strength, and open time.
5. This product is particularly sensitive to moisture and acids. Therefore, it must be stored in the original container in a cool, ventilated place at 5-35 degrees Celsius. It can be stored for over 12 months.
6. Based on the test results of the submitted samples, the levels of cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), and phthalates (such as dibutyl phthalate (DBP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)) meet the limit requirements of the amended directive of Annex II to EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and (EU) 2015/863.
