I. Product Description

PVC crosslinking agent (adhesive promoter) VP-201(Ⅱ) is a solvent-free, one-component binder used to improve the adhesion of PVC plastisol coatings to substrates made of polyester, polyamide or aramid fiber, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, coated fabrics, etc.

II. Product Characteristics

1. The service life of the VP-201(Ⅱ) end product is within 2-3 years. It is suitable for making light boxes, advertising cloths, kayaks, tents, swimming pool cloths, etc. Suitable for products with high bonding strength and hardness requirements, such as conveyor belts, industrial belts, gear belts, elastic pipes, and hoses.

2. It has non-flammable and non-explosive properties. VP-201(Ⅱ) is implemented in accordance with German hazardous substances regulations and relevant EU directives.

3. This product is particularly sensitive to moisture and acids. Therefore, it must be stored in the original container in a cool, ventilated place at 5-30 degrees, with a shelf life of 12 months.

4. Stir well in the slurry before use.

6. This product has very good crosslinking characteristics and controllable effects on softness, tear strength, peel strength, and open time.

Appearance: White or slightly yellow emulsion, almost colorless, transparent liquid.

Peel strength: With an addition of 3%~6%, it can reach 162N

Open time: Generally up to 72h in summer and 168h in winter

Hardness: Medium soft Gloss: Bright
