This product is a solvent-based polyurethane adhesive mainly composed of isocyanate, polyol (polyether type), and solvent. Product Details

I. Product Description

This product is a solvent-based polyurethane adhesive mainly composed of isocyanate, polyol (polyether type), and solvent. The molecular chain contains urethane groups (-NHCOO-), thus exhibiting high activity and polarity. It shows excellent chemical adhesion to materials containing active hydrogen, such as porous materials like foam, plastic, wood, leather, fabric, paper, and ceramics, as well as smooth-surfaced materials like metal, glass, rubber, and plastic.

II. Product Characteristics

1. This product is synthesized by solution method using isocyanate and polyether polyol as raw materials;

2. The viscosity of this product can be adjusted with ketone or ester solvents;

3. This product is suitable for coating woven and non-woven fabrics;

4. After bonding with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, this product exhibits strong sand-fixing ability and peel strength, suitable for the base coating of calendered, cast, and powder-coated fabrics;

III. Physical Properties

Appearance and Properties: Colorless viscous liquid Molecular Weight: Above 80000

Main Groups: Urethane group (-NHCOO-) Solid Content/%: 40±5

NCO Content: 0 Viscosity: 2000~30000 mPa·s

Peel Strength: 150N Relative Density (Water=1): 1.08

Solubility in Water: Insoluble in water

Storage Precautions: 1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, avoiding freezing and direct sunlight; 2. Seal after use; 3. Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion; 4. Do not mix with aluminum, sodium, potassium, sodium-potassium alloy, oxidants, strong acids, strong alkalis, etc.; 5. Keep away from fire and high temperatures.

Shelf Life: 12 months under normal temperature conditions.
