I. Product Description
RF214 polyurethane resin, also known as solvent-type PU adhesive. This product is a two-component polyurethane thermosetting adhesive. The viscosity can be adjusted with ketone or ester solvents. It has extremely strong initial adhesion and lasting adhesive peel strength, a flexible film, and a long activation period.
II. Product Characteristics
1. This product can be used as a coating for woven and non-woven fabrics. Due to the excellent bonding strength of polyester fabrics (PET fabrics), it can be used as a bottom coating, making it have extremely strong sand-fixing ability and peel strength after bonding with thermoplastic polyurethane resin (TPU) and polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), suitable for calendering, casting, and powder-coated fabric base coatings.
2. RF214 PU adhesive is a two-component polyurethane adhesive. The ratio of the main agent to the curing agent is 100:3～5. Stir slowly and evenly, then apply the adhesive.
3. The adhesive can be applied using a scraping method.
4. Baking temperature 140～160℃, speed 12～13/min, adjust until the base coating is dry, and the product is completely polymerized.
III. Physical Properties
Appearance: Transparent colorless viscous liquid
Viscosity at 25℃: 2000～8000mpa·s
Solid content: 23±1%
Density at 25℃: 1.5±0.05g/cm3
